Women’s circle • Glowing Feminity

more information
Lead by Dina Karsai
Guest helper: Anna Mandula Tuba
Language: Hungarian, English

Intuitive, creative, empathetic, nurturing and compassionate are typical signs of a woman that is high in her feminine energy.

We dedicate this retreat to this kind of glow which comes from a deep pool of energy, from the root and the source of the feminine.
When we touch this place we are in touch with our intuition.
When we go to this place of creativity, of experience we align ourselves with the greater dream and we dare to trust life itself.

The glowing feminin is the dreamer, the receiver.
The glowing feminin is ineffable, formless, beyond words and logic.
It is not an intellectual concept or construct, but something we discover thru experience.

During this 3 days we will connect with each other in many different ways:
forest walks,body work, essential oils.
The main event of the retreat is the sauna ceremony that takes us into the womb of creation.
The water that when combined with the hot rocks gives us steam to make us sweat, to purify, to cleanse on mental, emotional and physical levels, while the air which breathes life in to all things, support us gently.
As the evening darkness enters we also enter in to the deeper feminine and in this place our prayers, our give aways, our sweat, our tears, our joy affects our manifested lives. From this timeless and potent moment we can dream new aspects of our lives in to being.

We invite you into this glowing state of womanhood where
we are being able to respond instead of react to the environment surrounding us.

During the three days we will eat fresh and vegetarian food along with nice herb teas grown in this land.

In Transition, Restorative Retreat

more information
Lead by

dr. Gál Zsófia Antónia

Language: Hungarian, English

The transition of seasons are key points in the cycle of life in nature. When we consciously bring our awareness to the seasons, the understanding of our own inner seasons within begin to deepen.

As the late summer rays of the sun begin to fade into a new season, we invite you to these 3 days to honour these inner and outer transitions.

There tends to be a resistance to uncertainty, to the in between phase, leaving time for integration in most of us, even though these liminal spaces hold great potential. Harvesting the fruits of the last season determines how the next one unfolds. We will create time for reflection both together and on your own, using different tools, to make the most out of this transition and an environment that is supportive of inner enquiry and growth.

What to expect:

Friday arrival, Opening Circle, Cacao Ceremony, Book Club

Calling the spirit inside-retreat during midsummer night

more information

Dina Karsai

Invited helpers: Andrea Kovács/ SZODÉ
Roland Nemessányi
Language: Hungarian, English

Call your spirit, follow the light of your soul, this is the intention of this 4 days retreat.During this retreat we will use natural remedies to heal ourself, to open our heart, to build the trust, to nurture the relationship inside and outside.

Many things happened with us in our past, and yet in the present moment the part of our inner being may sit alone somewhere inside us.We must give the trust to our pure spirit who wants to connect, who is waiting for us.We will gather our calmness to be a surrender, to be our own space holder. We will let the outer and inner light unite and warm up all the little parts of our body and soul.

Silence and connectedness will take an important part during this retreat. There is to much noise around us in which there is no way to experience stillness and harmony.Even the most beautifully composed music needs the moments of silence, that is what makes the melody harmonious. Without the absence of the sound it would be only a noise without meaning and understanding.

We will spend time in the nature, walking in the forest, prepare and eat our food in the woods, time to time walking bear feet, listening our heartbeat, connecting with the sounds of our existence .On the 2nd day we will express ourself via art with a help of a collage artist. The following day afternoon with a holding space of a soundbath we go and discover the nature of our inner landscape.

On the same day after our evening sauna experience we will have our dinner beside the camp fire.

Bert Hellinger said, „When I lived in South Africa, someone told me what the longest road in Africa is. It’s not the road from Cairo to Capetown, it’s the way from your head to your heart, and from there to the here and now.”

We invite you with love to the here and now, to your heart.

Mindful Days with Mindful Games

“Life must be lived as play” – says ancient Greek philosopher Plato – and what he meant by playing is simply a reverence for the gods. Where is a better place for that than on the top of a hill surrounded by extinct volcanoes?

We often forget to play or consider our inner child as a wounded one – but if we look at it from the perspective of wholeness – that (s)he is just fine and all (s)he needs is to be acknowledged and to be free.

Mindfulness is a great tool to be aware of ourselves and the world around us – just as it is – explored with child-like curiosity.

So I invite you to a retreat filled with joy, kindness, and connection.

What to expect?

Intention settings for the whole retreat:

  • Mindful morning routine with meditation & movement
  • Sunrise walk to welcome the light into our lives
  • Sunset gratitude practice to appreciate what we already have
  • Forest bath to cleanse ourselves with the magical power of the trees
  • Creative land art activity to make our hands dirty
  • Yin yoga to practice the art of letting go
  • Digital detox – disconnect in order to connect on a different level
  • Guided journaling to understand our processes deeper
  • Free flow dance based on the 5 elements of Nature

Holotropic Breathwork Retreat-meeting with your inner healer

more information
Lead by

Karen Helle Grue
Dina Karsai

Language: English, Hungarian

Holotropic Breathwork™ is a profound and effective method of personal growth developed by Christina and Stanislav Grof.
By the help of music, accelerated breathing and body work, it is possible to enter an altered state of consciousness, the inner reality.
In this state, you can experience patterns and dynamics, repressed or unseen by the ego consciousness.
During the session, patterns, that was founded in the personal history (including birth and the fetal state) and/or the transpersonal layer of the psyche, can gently open and unfold.
The method is safe and enables the psyche to transform undiscovered potentials on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
The psyche (like the body) has a healing potential whose wisdom exceeds that of everyday consciousness. The method activates this inner wisdom, „The Inner Healer”.

We happily announce that this retreat is lead by onetime master and student.
Karen Helle Grue and Dina Karsai have met in Brasil 10 years ago.
From this meeting at first a mentoring situation was born and than developed to a master student platform .During this years of study, the knowledge was given by the master as an offering and it was taken with deep respect by the student.Even they are working independently today, they hold the quality of the deep connection, trust and gratitude, and this is the fundamentum of the space when they holding a retreat together.

Nothing else matters.’ – from Women Who Run with the Wolves. Before connecting with each of our sensory organs one by one in dedicated workshops, we will be holding space for sensory deprivation. Lead by

Eva Institoris

Language: Hungarian, English

During this three days residential retreat we are going to create the space to soften, to let down our walls, to feel safe in the circle, to be able to open our most beautiful, sensitive and feminine parts.
A nurturing, safe and supportive space will hold us in slowing down, enabling for us to reconnect with our senses and the feminine principles in us.
Using the methods of somatic psychotherapy, ecstatic dance, massages and ancient taoistic and tantric practices, we practice how to open our masculine shield, how to heal the wounds that closed off our bodies. We feel into ourselves deeply, to our feminine core and experience different beautiful aspects of the feminine energy: sensuality, playfulness, fierceness, wisdom, erotic passion, nurturing…
We heal the feminine by allowing her to feel safe and seen and held.

We learn feminine energy embodiment in a way which is opening our authentic and unique feminine expression and not forces us to “perform” in any preconceived ideas or expectations.
We open up to feel our feminine expression blossoming, to feel ourselves thriving in our female form.

The Women Within Us – Integrating our inner feminin archetypes

more information
Lead by

Helena Hrotko

Language: English, Hungarian

The Women in Us Retreat creates a space to meet our feminine dimensions, to get to know them deeper, to discover the relationships — or the lack of relationships — among them, which in turn help us recognise our potential inner conflicts. By seeing and acknowledging the many different aspects of what being a female means, a realignment happens organically, thus, allowing the unfolding of our own authentic femininity.

During the 4 days we will work with 9 archetypes mainly with the wonderful method of Authentic Movement and also trough specific symbol-work including land art. The 9 archetypes are the following:The innocent childThe rebel The lover The wife The mother The leader The enchantress The wise woman The inner Goddess We warmly welcome to the Retreat all those women who feel ready for both a deep and simultaneously uplifting inner work to unfold their femininity!

Bio:

After her studies in Cultural Anthropology, Heléna entered the world of dance and graduated as a contemporary dancer and holistic dance teacher. She subsequently trained in different somatic methods, such as BodyMind Centering®, Cranio-sacral therapy, focusing, Authentic Movement. Combining these practices, she is now teaching movement courses, giving private sessions, and treatments. The aim of her work is to return to a harmonious relationship with the body: a relationship that is intimate, trusting, living its intelligence and freedom in both movement and everyday life. Working with Body Awareness has organically led her to exploring the many levels of femininity. She has been leading women’s circles and groups in these modalities for 4 years as well as complementary individual processes. Helix is a co-creative retreat held for the first time in HiHekaté, where we gather to expand ourselves through Art, Movement, Spirituality & Play.

Limitlessness
For this retreat we set the aim to explore the blissful state of limitlessness. We are going to discover novel aspects of our existence by dissolving the boundaries that are keeping us from living life to our fullest potential. As well as realizing our limitless capabilities, we are also going to set our healthy boundaries at. All our programs and workshops will facilitate and examine these majestic topics.

Co-Creative
Each one of us holds valuable wisdom awaiting to be shared. In a co-creative retreat we are all participating as both learners and teachers. This means each participant needs to prepare with a workshop or program centered around the topic of limitlessness or healthy boundaries. We fabricate this lifelong experience together, piece by piece.

What type of program or workshop should you prepare with? What are you the best at, and the most passionate about? Where do you hold the most wisdom? Dare to challenge yourself and us. Be curious, and ask questions. Make it a real inquiry. Make it fun, make it deep.

Some ideas: meditation, dancing, games, artistic creation, yoga, painting, hiking, music, mantras, sharing circle, breath work, natural healing practices, physical fitness, body awareness, group or individual work.

FIRE, SOUND, MOTION, ART – SUMMER RETREAT

more information
Lead by

Dina Karsai

Invited artist:
Andrea Kovács/ SZODÉ

Language: Hungarian, English

We invite you to a four day summer camp, where we’ll have an opportunity, to tend to our past, look after our ancestors, ourselves and eachother.

During this retreat, we becon you to adventure in the cosmology of your ancestry.

Primal treasures will come to our aid during this work, such as fire, music, storytelling, art and ritual.

When we think of reality, explicit history comes to our mind, but when we wish to connect to our origins, then myth, folk tales, songs, ie. experiental reality guides us in a much more pervasive and palpable manner through our personal history.

A memory, an inherited object, a recepie, a story, the shapes of the land where you hail from, the language your ancestors spoke, the tools they used, the songs they sang, or for example how giving birth and aging was handled all make our origins a lot more tangible.

Our own origin-story gives us an opportunity to be proud of ourselves, and of where we come from. We can experience, that we are not orphaned, we all have roots. We all come from somewhere, and all head in a direction like a neverending story.

This summer camps attempts to teach us to navigate, and at the same time find ourselves in this magic-coloured and flowing cultural kaleidoscope.

The programme for the four day camp days:

  • Thursday: Opening circle, sauna, campfire, storytelling
  • Friday: forest walk and mediation, Body work
  • Saturday: at the morning creation of a connection map, at the evening sound bath with guest helper
  • Sunday: collage-art with guest artist SZODÉ, sharing, closing circle.

At the Hi•Hekaté Meditationa center we place a huge emphasis and care on meals. We believe that a set table, a meal enjoyed together is an important place of healing. You can expect to be served fresh, healthy, vegan and vegetarian food during the full duration of the retreat.

Bio:

Dina Karsai: Pastoral therapist, the founder of the Hi•Hekaté Meditaion Center. Apart from supportive talk therapy she deals with dreams, natural medicine, imagination, meditation.

Bodywork, touch, movement, a conscious connection with nature are all part of her work. When helping and supporting a process and when needed, essential oils, plant essences and herbs are also used. In parallel to her knowledge gained during classic university education, she also uses -often times ancient – helping and healing traditions learned while visiting other cultures and ethnic groups.

Andrea Kovács/ SZODÉ:
Andrea is a collage artist, who believes that one of the most liberated way to express feelings, thoughts, memories, never-said-never-known subconscious processes is to cut-and-paste. This is a receptive outsider technique available to anyone, the variety of materials used opens the door to even the most surreal images and objects. Collage making is an intense process that vivifies your thoughts or helps expressing something for which you have not even found words.

Using body oriented psychotherapy, movement and dance, ancient taoistic and tantric practices we get in deeper connection with our feminine sexual energy, learning special practices to activate it. We learn to heal ourselves with our own sexual energy, to activate the four doors of pleasure in us.

We learn how to reconnect to our female organs, and how to energize them.

We open up to freedom and letting go of any shame connected to our female form.

Szodé is a collage artist, who believes that one of the most liberated way to express feelings, thoughts, memories, never-said-never-known subconscious processes is to cut-and-paste. This is a receptive outsider technique available to anyone, the variety of materials used opens the door to even the most surreal images and objects. Collage making is an intense process that vivifies your thoughts or helps expressing something for which you have not even found words.

Year Gate Celebration-New Year’s Eve retreat

more information
Lead by

Heléna Hrotko, Dina Karsai

Language: English, Hungarian

We believe that rituals are important parts of our lives. They become especially significant at the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. Therefore we would like to give space for our “Year Gate Celebration” which is an honoring of the past year that we leave behind us, and the welcoming of the new one in which we step in.

During the 3 day retreat you can retrieve for yourself the treasures of this year, you can become conscious about it’s gifts – as you may also feel that we are coming to the end of a year full of teachings. You’ll have the opportunity to let go of everything that you would just carry as weight with you. You can take a rest at the end of this 12 month cycle.

After the evaluation of your year – on the 2nd day of our retreat – comes the process of transition into the new year. With our ceremony we will celebrate the past year and create space to start our new year with full of trust and opened heart.

To seccour this, we will suspend the time: we will put away our telephones and watches, in this way – instead of the brief toast at midnight – you can really live the transition in its own rhythm.
We will welcome and celebrate the new year with a campfire, meditation, dance, hugs and delicious food.

The first day of 2021 will happen in the peace of nature, in the warms of the sauna, and the joy of community.

Our intention is to go back home with the feeling of renewal and the state of flow. Therefore we are reducing the number of the programs to 1 or 2 per day, so that you could just be, connect with your group mates out of bounds, breathe fresh air, walk in the forest and receive the vibrations of the land surrounding you.

The Natural Woman is the source of femininity. Everything that is instinctive, visible, and invisible is in the power of the Woman connected to nature.

As women, over time, we have drifted farther and farther away from our original nature, the guidance of our intuition. About the sacred, ancient, fundamental force with which we are able to nourish, heal, receive, and create.

If we understand that this connection is enlivened and influenced by life within us, we can embark on paths that we didn’t previously think were possible.
